Why We Built This Site
Missouri court information can lead to several offices. The Cooper County Circuit Clerk keeps court dockets and case files. The Circuit Court of Missouri, 18th Judicial Circuit, hears and schedules the cases. Missouri Case.net provides the statewide public search layer. The separate Cooper County Clerk keeps county-government records and explicitly routes court-record questions to the Circuit Clerk. That split can be hard to spot when a case number, a city municipal division, and a court date are involved. This resource organizes the official search, contact, and request paths in one county-focused place.
What You Will Find Here
The docket pages focus on locating and reading public court information, not on deciding the meaning of a particular case.
- Docket routes: local explanations for criminal dockets and civil dockets.
- Dates and settings: information for checking a listed date and confirming it with the clerk through the court calendar route.
- Case lookup: the search fields, Case.net limits, and number formats used for a case search.
- Official copies: the Circuit Clerk route for court records, docket sheets, and certified copies.
What We Cannot Do
Cooper County Court Docket is privately run and is not connected to a Missouri court, clerk, or government agency. Only the office holding a case can supply or change its official record.
- We cannot issue a certified docket, judgment, or case-file copy.
- We cannot set, change, or verify a hearing date for a person.
- We cannot seal, alter, or remove a court case.
- We cannot provide legal advice about a charge, filing, deadline, or order.
- We cannot guarantee a live court system, fee, phone number, or setting remains unchanged.
- We cannot decide whether a confidential or sealed record may be released.
The Circuit Clerk or the court holding the case is the only source for an official docket or certified record. Court entries and schedules should be confirmed there.
Search Partners
Some pages use a search box supplied by a third-party provider. That provider controls its own service, results, pricing, and data practices. A paid referral can generate revenue that supports this free reference resource. Third-party results do not replace Missouri Case.net, the Cooper County Circuit Clerk, or the official court record.
